A Popup can help Cursor Team against future hate

I believe that all the hate and insecurity issues would be easily fixed with a Cursor Popup. That’s why I suggest that in the next Cursor updates, you insert a Popup so that you can make announcements related to Important Changes, you could use it in a similar way to Riot Games so that you can maintain damage control.

At least in my view, a Popup for really important announcements about the tool will help a lot to prevent hate from spreading uncontrollably and will also help with damage control.

My friend, they’ve already announced an in-app changelog as an existing feature, back in 0.50, and so far I have yet to find it. We even got a popup right after updating to 0.50, but since then - nothing at all, even on the fancy round 1.0 release.

I’m afraid a popup for announcements would be equally invisible.

However, I voted for your feature request.

It only seems to happen on major version milestones, not on minor patches.
