If I upgrade my plan on cursor to pro, should I provide api key from an ai model too?
or cursor will provide me with that?

You dont need your own API keys. Cursor does more than just forward the request to AI models. (see Agent in Cursor Docu)
All the model Cursor offers are listed with each models request count, capability and in case you are on usage based pricing, the USD cost.
I believe you should also check out following page to understand the pricing and how cursor charges for things.
