2nd day of not being able to use Cursor.
Typescript completely broken.
Removed all settings, addons and re-installed multiple times…not working.
Support ??

Looking at alternatives now…possibly VSCode with Cody / Aider / Continue - or something else.
Really like Cursor but recently it’s given me poor output and now it’s completely broken, with seemingly no way to fix it ?
Also not building confidence when an install don’t seem to remove it completely. Haven’t found any instructions on how to uninstall 100% - at a loss on how to proceed - have to get coding again - got deadlines
Btw I’m actually a Cursor fanboy been getting friends to use it… …but it’s quite stressful when something completely breaks like this - with no recourse

SOLVED !
Removed all settings as per instructions… ( but it retained extensions - so somewhere something is still not completely removed ) …then manually changed .tsx association to TYPESCRIPT JSX - then re-start
…and now it works.
Looking at what’s changed ( and screenshots ) it seems the previous install got stuck using TYPESCRIPT for tsx files… …not TYPESCRIPT JSX - ( for anyone with the same problem, check lower right corner in blue )
…Which likely explains why it refused to validate any HTML.
Phew…thanks @deanrie - really happy to get going again !!!
