Accept partial edit missing

When I run the composer and edits are suggested, the accept partial edit keyboard shortcut/button that shows on hover is missing:

Maybe this shortcut is reassigned to something else? The shortcut should be Cmd + Y. Check your shortcut settings by selecting “Preferences: Open Keyboard Shortcuts” in the command palette, and see if it’s assigned to something else.
