Accept/Reject buttons gone?

Describe the Bug

After last update, Accept/Reject buttons are gone.

Have restarted Cursor and problem persists

Steps to Reproduce

open cursor
ask ai to generate changes
see only changes
see no buttons

Expected Behavior

see accept and reject buttons

Operating System

Windows 10/11

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

Version: 1.2.2 (user setup)
VSCode Version: 1.99.3

Hey, could you try creating a new chat and check if the same thing happens there? It would also be helpful to see some screenshots.

New Chat solves the problem.

I’m pretty sure the agent is pukng because I went back to it and it took about a minute to start generating. And then failed to provide Accept/Reject buttons.
