"Accept", "Run" and "Stop" buttons alignment

A lot of the times, when I’m trying to accept changes “stop” button magically appears underneath my pointer, or if i accidentally double click, I stop the process, which is super frustrating. The cursor is also not super-lightweight, so with every little lag there’s a chance of misclicking stuff.

^ all three buttons occupy the same location

I think it would be a great UX improvement if those buttons were not aligned to right, but instead were distributed with “justify-content: space-between” or something, so that each of the available options is always positioned on a predictable location.

If anything, the stop button should be moved elsewhere and painted with dangerous colors, or at least a confirmation should be added, it’s too easy to stop everything.

Unless, you know, I’m the only one having this problem eh.

Hey, thanks for the report, could you let me know which version of Cursor you are using?

Version 1.2.2 (on Manjaro Linux)

Could you try updating to version 1.4? We’ve improved this feature.

Oh my… well this is embarrassing

All good, sorry for wasting your time!
