Add a requests reset for 20 dollars to “reset” your monthly subscription. Make this option #2. Add much better and more responsible communication about API mode (rename it API mode because it does nothing Thinking mode didn’t). Or add back Thinking mode in a way users reasonably infer what is different from Thinking mode to MAX mode.
Make it clear how different API usage is, in a pop up, in-app. Make consumer impactful patch note items appear in the UI. Communicate to your real audience, which mostly is full of people curious about AI and softdev and now have a door open, before they see the nasty sides of your non transparency and attribute it to be AI’s fault.
