Add drag-out "Floating editor window" feature release in VS Code 1.85

request to add the feature “floating editor windows” from VS Code where you can simply drag a tab to make a new window as was added in the november 2023 release here.

Update 0.22.0 updated Cursor to VSCode 1.85 so that feature is included now!

I am still not able to do this - dragging a tab out does not open a new window in Cursor, but does so in VS Code. However, right clicking the tab and choosing “Move into new window” works.
