Add Emoji selector to chat UI

This is perhaps a silly request, but Iā€™d love to be able to quickly add emojis in the chat interface via a UI selector or better yet using the inline string selector :emojiName: pattern.

I just want to bring a bit more :sun_with_face: into my chat interactions (to stay on their good side :smile_cat: ).

If you are on Windows, win + . then simply click one or choose with arrows and enter. :blush:
