Introduce emoji reactions for agent messages directly within the chat interface, allowing users to provide quick, contextual feedback without interrupting the conversation flow. A predefined set of reactions should be available, such as
(helpful),
(unhelpful),
(didn’t understand),
(irrelevant/boring), and potentially other commonly used feedback indicators. These reactions can help users communicate what the agent did well or poorly, while providing valuable signals for improving response quality, relevance, and usability.
