MiniMax M2 is currently the top open-weight model according to Artificial Analysis ( MiniMax-M2 - Intelligence, Performance & Price Analysis | Artificial Analysis ). It has similar performance to SOTA models, yet cheaper than other top level open-weight models. $0.3/m and $1.2/m input and output pricing.

Please add this model to Cursor.

I tested the MiniMax M2; it delivered best-in-class performance for research and design tasks.

Same, this would be awesome to have! Just curious, what are the challenges with adding new models officially? Seems there is a somewhat limited selection with delayed additions
