Was wandering if there’s a way to include a paper in pdf format to the context of a query, be it as Docs, or Files, or anything else.

You can add documentations via @docs. You can also add a link via @docs → add new doc
How do I add a documentation that is not a URL via @docs?
When I go to → Add new doc, only URLs are allowed
+1 for the feature of local pdf support. for example, if i open a folder that has .pdfs inside it, those files are not displayed as possible @files to reference.
