Notifications that currently show “Done” or “Approval required” should support actionable buttons and quick replies to reduce friction and context switching.
Problem:
Approval, reply, and reject actions currently require switching to the chat, breaking flow. These decisions should be handled directly from the notification via inline actions.
Proposal:
Add contextual Quick Actions directly on notifications:
- Approval required: include Run, Stop, and Provide Input inline.
- Done: include Reply
