Actually I want to have a 2-step process:
1/ reason with cursor about the next step, refine prompt, get asked about needed context (probably Deepseek R1)
2/ once it knows what I want, agent-compose multi-file-apply (most def Sonnet 3.6)
Actually your main competitor has a pretty good UI for this 
A workaround to have a similar workflow would be to
1/ chat
2/ take result to composer agent

For now, you can use Chat (Cmd/Ctrl+L) to explore and refine what you want to do, then bring those results into Composer (Cmd/Ctrl+I) to make the actual changes. While not as integrated as you’re suggesting, it should help you break down complex tasks
