“Add to chat” popup menu is hidden behind the diff view when trying to accept AI code suggestions

Describe the Bug

When accepting a suggestion, the “Add to chat” menu that appears when selecting lines is blocked by the diff component

Steps to Reproduce

1. let agent make code suggestion
2. select lines under diff-minus
3. popup menu covered by diffLines and can’t be clicked

Expected Behavior

“add to chat” menu stay on the top and clickable
