Adding files to the chat feature is a pain: current file shouldn't be removed when you click off

If I’ve added a file to the chat, the next time i navigate to it and click off, it will remove it from the chat.

Yes, adding the current file to the prompt is a great feature. But I should be able to click it again to make it “permanent”, so I can actually

  1. add multiple files without having to search them all manually
  2. not accidentally remove the ones i’ve already added while navigating my codebase.

I love the new suggested files to add, but without a shortcut to add them, I am not going to use it. Please add a shortcut!
