After reaching 1000 requests, recharged – now no more responses

Hello everyone,

I’ve been using Cursor for about two weeks and have been very satisfied so far. However, I now have a problem:

After my request limit was reached, I recharged my balance for the second time. The first time, everything worked perfectly, and the new balance was activated immediately. But after my second recharge yesterday, nothing is working anymore – I am not getting any responses.

I have already tried:

  • Checking my balance (it was correctly deducted)
  • Enabling “Usage-Based Pricing”
  • Restarting Cursor and logging in again
  • Contacting support (but no response so far)

Has anyone else experienced this issue or has an idea of what might be causing it? I’d really appreciate any help!
