Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known critical issue affecting several users - you’re seeing the same “Flask CSV duplicate finder” contamination others have reported.

Tracking status:

What’s happening: during chat context summarization (when the context fills up), a contaminated summary about a Flask CSV app is injected into conversations, regardless of your project type.

Affected: at least 6 users across different project types (Vue, Next.js), multiple models (Sonnet 4.5, GPT-5), all OS platforms.

The team is investigating the source and scope of the contamination. I’ll add your report to the existing thread so everything stays in one place.

@deanrie I think I can trigger this behaviour, if that’s useful.

If I tag the @browser to monitor the UI, and ask it to iterate until it’s right, it goes into the flask app issue.
