Agent just repeates same sentence again and again

Describe the Bug

I am facing a bizarre bug in the cursor. Whenever I give 2, 3 prompts to it, it just repeats the same sentence again and again instead very fastly. It does not diagnose the issue. Instead repeats same line like this

Steps to Reproduce

It automatically occurs when it is working on debugging and starts thinking.

Expected Behavior

It should not show these lines instead it should fix the bug and complete its thinking process

It was doing this long before 1.4.x

Dit is happen on raw Python code or inside a JPNB? In the latter case I also observed it here Inconsistent Jupyter notebook handling - #2 by edervieux
