Agent Keeps Stopping abruptly with the model still thinking / saying "I will do this next"

Lately, especially in the last few days, agent just stops all of a sudden, some times after only a few tool calls and wastes my requests. It happened with gemini 2.5 flash, gemini 2.5 pro, claude 3.7 sonnet. I am oncursor 0.49.6

same, especially in gemini 2.5 pro, editing file often fail for serval times, likes gemini has lost the capability to edit files sometimes.
