Agent mode hangs while editing. It happens with Auto mode and other models too, such as the O3 model and Claude Sonnet 4. Tools time out, and requests are failing as well. This issue has been occurring for the past 4–5 hours. I have tried restarting, but the problem persists. It consistently gets stuck while generating responses.

idk what they “touched” on the server but Claude-4-sonnet doesn’t run, Gemini stops midway, and Kimi K2 outputs weird and… it doesn’t get the task done either.
Yes it seems like they did something, or there servers are down I can’t use any model period. Immediate Connection failed errors. Even using other wifi networks, and ethernet. I also see it seems like Cursor is mostly not charging me for these saying error no charge but they do seem to charge for some of the requests still even though its not doing anything.
Edit: Hmm, weridly it seems like just creating a new chat tab fixed the issue.

It has stopped working completely now. Earlier, as I mentioned in previous comments , Auto mode too runs into various errors (tools timeout, hangs at generating… requests failure so on..). Something major has happened.
