The agent sometimes proceeds to the next analysis/operation without waiting for terminal commands to complete execution. In some cases, it does not display the execution results, making it impossible to see the actual output. Clicking the “pop out” button may interrupt the terminal’s operation, causing the agent to skip to the next step directly.

Just bumping this again. Often I want to pop-out the terminal just to see what’s happening, but this consistently stops the agent and makes it think there was an error.
