Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

I no longer have access to all the AI models; it’s limited. I don’t have access to Opus 4.6 Max. I don’t have access to GPT 5.4 Extra High or High. I’m limited to quite a few models and I cannot see why I don’t have access to other ones. I don’t have any API keys in place for models. I’m on an ultra plan and they just disappeared. This is the second or third time this has happened to me. They magically reappeared. I’ve checked for updates. I’m running 3.1.10. Don’t know what to do.

Steps to Reproduce

I’m not sure what triggered the bug so I can’t say how to reproduce it.

Expected Behavior

I’m missing quite a few models, including GPT 5.4 High, GPT 5.4 Extra High, Opus 4.6 Max.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

@Allan_Lima @LTY83 Hi all, thanks for reporting! What you’re seeing is actual the behavior of the new model picker. In Settings, you’ll see the model family, and then you can edit the reasoning level from the model selector in the agent window by hovering over the model name and pressing Edit.

Hello everyone,

This is a known issue in version 3.1.14. The model picker is not functioning correctly for many users.

Workaround: Please roll back to version 2.6, where model selection works properly.
