ALL Anysphere extensions giving failed to fetch error

Describe the Bug

When I click any of the extensions from anysphere, I get a failed to fetch error (see screenshot)

Other extensions are fine. Didn’t have this issue a few hours ago. Tried restarting cursor already.

Because of this the python extension isn’t working. Please help!

Search publisher:"Anysphere" in extensions and click any of them

Tried to manually install from VSIX but the url is giving me a 404?? https://open-vsx.org/vscode/gallery/publishers/anysphere/vsextensions/remote-ssh/1.0.17/vspackage
