Describe the request
GPT5.2 thinking 10-15 minutes. During this time I often want to read how it thinks.
But IDE always scrolls down when I still in the beginning of thinking.
TODO: Make the behavior similar to terminals:
a) when scrolling bar at the bottom then new output scrolls window
b) when scrolling bar not at the bottom then new output do not scroll the window
c) when I scrolled to the bottom then scrolling continues.
This behavior will be consistent with how other software works and will allow to read “Thinking”
