Describe the Bug
“Already in context” tooltip sometimes gets permanently stuck and covers up the message.
Steps to Reproduce
I can’t reproduce it reliably but it’s happened a few times. It must be related to having my mouse initially hovered over the tagged file pill, which creates this tooltip and then perhaps I don’t move my mouse at all and continue writing my message. The tooltip is stuck there unless I hover my mouse again over the file pill to recreate the tooltip, then move my mouse away and it disappears correctly.
The issue seems to be that the hover state on the file pill remains stuck on a hovered state which shows the tooltip, and then when I paste text into the message box the tooltip remains and ends up covering up part of the message.
Expected Behavior
Tooltip should disappear correctly and not get permanently stuck, or at least stick to the originating position correctly rather than staying static and potentially covering up other parts of the UI.
