Annoying popup in the terminal selection

I’m not sure if I’m the only one experiencing this frustrating situation, but something really annoying keeps happening. I usually work with the IDE resized to a small window — often less than half the screen. The problem is that every time I try to switch between terminal sessions, an annoying popup appears, blocking the terminal selector. I have to resize the window just to choose a different terminal

Does anyone know if it’s possible to disable this popup in the terminal?

I hate this. The fixed it temporarily in one version and now it’s back. I don’t understand how the team isn’t aware of this issue.
