@api in the context

I’ve been now using APIs inside composer agent by leverage the code execution and I have many accessible from a tools.py referenced in the .cursorrules

It will be amazing to have a @api in the commands to get data from outside natively. In my case I have an Agentic KG under an api locally that know every repo codebase I collab with and Cursor use it to get answers on code.

I think is super easy to add

Not sure if you’re aware of it, but Anthropic released a new technology called MCP, which is a format for ingesting data like this.

While we are investigating it internally, there’s no guarantees this will come to the Cursor client anytime soon, but there is definitely a demand for being able to bring in external data into Cursor as context!
