In this specific case it’s because Cursor is doing some sort of horribly non atomic update process on exit AFAICT. And I usually quit Cursor when I’m about to reboot…
Hey, we are actually revamping our installation and updating stack in the next few weeks, because we’ve found some reliability issues with our current setup!
For now, try to disable any anti-virus or firewall settings you have in place, and test if that helps with the issue as some users have reported so.
Thank you, I’ve since got it working by ensuring I wait at least until Cursor has disappeared from the Task Manager after quitting it as the update process is so slow / non atomic.
