"Apply" feature suddenly doesn't work for a long time and multiple times in a day

“Apply” feature suddenly doesn’t work for a long time and multiple times in a day, it’s act very weird today. previously the apply feature. i didn’t use any VPN. i just use the Cursor in the remote server, which is my current production server. previously for about 1 week using it, it doesn’t have any problem. or at least the error not persist or often.

Last night and into the early hours this morning I experienced Apply going away multiple times. And it’s gotten super slow to prepare and then apply the changes. Just not worth the wait so often (especially with new errors it’s making).

I work with unity and .NET and I mostly have to manually apply since it does not seem to know what file to apply to… anyone else get this ?
