Archived agent sessions don't stay archived

Describe the Bug
I archived many agent sessions. After restarting Cursor, the archived agent sessions were again visible in the agents interface sidebar.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Cursor agents interface

  2. Archive an agent session in the left sidebar

  3. Restart Cursor

  4. Notice that archived session is back and visible in the agents interface sidebar


Expected Behavior
Archived agent sessions should remain archived after Cursor restart

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue. 3.0.9 shipped a partial fix for zombie draft chats, but it doesn’t cover all cases, including archived sessions. Other users are seeing this on 3.0.9+ too.
