I was recently struggling in making the ai follow some guidelines and i just found that the content received by the AI from fetch_rules might be cut.
On top of this the last line of the result of fetch_rules does not match the content of the actual rule, so does cursor even manipulate the rules somehow?
It seems the fetch_rules tool arbitrarily cuts rules at random lengths, for instance some of my rules are cut after 300 lines and they are 500 lines long.
