Arrow up jumps to the previouis requests not to queued one

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

when I have queued request and want to edit it I am pressing arrow up, but focus is jumped to the previous request not to the queue one

Steps to Reproduce

see above

Expected Behavior

if there are queue requests exist then focus them, if not, then focus previous request

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

It does work this way in the Agent Window, but not in the Editor. I reopened a ticket we had about this.
