Auto complete sintaxis in terminal macOs

I use cursor in both Windows and MacOs.

I have exactly the same settings config and extensions installed in both computers, but I do not know why the auto complete feature does not work in my Macbook Pro.

I mean this:

As I can see, it only works in PowerShell terminal in windows, not in bash or cmd

Is it the reason?

I believe this is actually a Windows feature, and Powershell is the only terminal that has it right now!
