Auto Mode Ignores Ask Mode and Tries to Perform File Creation

Describe the Bug

I am using the Auto mode in the Cursor IDE, and some models tend to repeat the same actions multiple times. In this particular request, the model attempted to create a file even though Ask mode was selected.

Steps to Reproduce

Try to ask something.

Expected Behavior

It should answer the question. Not create a file and shouldn’t try again and again.
