Ask to create new file, the file is created but blank and empty. Tried to click reapply but still blank,

Hey Thanks for the report. To help with the investigation, please share:

  • The Request ID from the failed file creation
  • A screenshot showing both the chat where you asked to create the file and the resulting blank file
  • A test with another model, does this happen with Claude 4.5 Sonnet or other models in Plan Mode, or only with Grok?
  • Any errors in the console (Help > Toggle Developer Tools > Console tab)

This will help the team understand what’s happening with file generation.
