Describe the Bug
Typing something in the user rules sometimes the page re-renders and it clears what i am typing and takes the focus out.
Steps to Reproduce
auto save or with running a dev server those are just the conditions.
Expected Behavior
Not clear what im typing, or/and to remember what i was typing ( this has been happening since memories and new ui for settings)

Does this stop you from using Cursor
No - Cursor works, but with this issue
