I am running 0.47.8 and Yolo mode has stopped working.
Any idea how to make it work?
Not working for me either, opens all files being modified and open multi cmd windows.
I also can’t get auto-run to work, seemingly no matter what I add to the auto-run prompt or what instructions I give to the model.

You must remove the auto run prompt. that isnt necessary and prevents your allowlist to work.
In some versions or cases you may be asked one time to confirm in the Chat as well.
I checked right now it works fine.
I’ve upgraded to 0.48.6 and it no longer has the auto-run prompt. sometimes it will autorun the commands I’ve asked it to, but seemingly only about 15% of the time.
Same boat here - M1 Mac.
The weird thing is that it was working a couple of days ago and then stopped again?
Wait was skimming and just noticed this reply - this worked for me! Thank you good sir
It still will randomly hang on certain things but now working 80%+ of the time
I was able to fix this by removing the list of commands I had in Cursor Settings
> Features
> Command allowlist
- once I cleared that out, everything started working. I suppose a short allow list is the equivalent of a large block list, but I was expecting the prompts to auto-run would somehow override that.
