Describe the Bug
My background agent settings has “Open PR by Default” set to true
I launched a couple new background agents, when complete it creates a branch cursor/description which is great… but it doesn’t actually open a PR
Steps to Reproduce
Toggle “Open PR by Default” on, save settings
Launch a new background agent and wait for it to complete
Expected Behavior
New cursor/ branch created with a PR opened against default branch

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
