Describe the Bug Last update introduced new errors, and really sluggish performance Steps to Reproduce Simply interact with Agent set to Auto. Several questions will end up with no visible response or edits (see the screenshot). On older threads, I’m also getting network connection issues. Practically unusable after I upgraded this morning (7/23/25) Screenshots / Screen Recordings [Screenshot 2025-07-23 at 11.10.53 AM.png] Operating System MacOS Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy) Version: 1.3.0 VSCode Version: 1.99.3 Commit: 410000a83355c025daba0c6156955bf08687d080 Date: 2025-07-23T05:46:49.430Z Electron: 34.5.1 Chromium: 132.0.6834.210 Node.js: 20.19.0 V8: 13.2.152.41-electron.0 OS: Darwin arm64 24.5.0 Does this stop you from using Cursor Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

If you guys are throttling you are doing hell of a job! Slow as molasses and times out all the time

sorry to hear this. we’re releasing fixed checkpointing shortly - any other info you could share on losing workspaces? they weren’t showing up in recent?

Hey @bostone, @weeion_photoniac could you share the request ID? For this, you need to disable privacy mode if it’s enabled, then reproduce the issue when it happens again and copy the ID. [image] Cursor – Getting a Request ID Find request IDs for technical support

Yes this bug has massively slowed down my speed to use cursor to help me code new ideas since I can’t see any code at all from the agent. Which has pretty much halted cursor usage. While I can restart the program to see the code, restarting every 30 seconds is not very realistic.

@deanrie here it is: fb0e853b-1e38-4ab2-bd6e-743c51ada960 i dont know whats going on. it still doesnt show the commands again. its this correctly to share data? [image]

ok maybe i found out that if project is opened then it shows the command. not sure because i beleive yesterday i didnt had it and it still showed before update but i not sure [image]

basically, i noticed it kept saying unable to reach model, i tried reverting one step back in the chat history’s checkpoint, and it put things into some weird quasi reverted state. i tried to reapply changes and it just did nothing. i closed cursor and restarted the computer and it didn’t have that workspace anymore, but when i opened the folder it brought back the chats etc sans like 10 files that it had decided to obliterate instead of edit. on the bright side this has given me an excuse to finally try out competitors

Same here, no dev seems to care.

@Balaji_Kothandapani you can find 1.2 on Downloads | Cursor - The AI Code Editor @henry_dev sorry you feel this way but its not true. We are improving Cursor and devs have released updates that fix the bugs.
