It would be very useful to be able to tag / badge with icon / or even add create new headers in the left nav of the Desktop Agent to help categorise my agents.
I use archive reliably to clear cleared chats. I run about 6-8 Agents / PR’s at once all day. Sometimes i’ll pause on one agent / pr when I realise there’s some kind of overlap that I need to resolve. I wish I could badge or drop those agents into a manual heading while still retaining the status sort.
I think this feature would work easily alongside any other grouping modes and would be areally easy thing to add.
