Does shadow workspace have any impact on the quality of output ? what are it’s pros and cons? i would appreciate if there is an indepth documentation about this feature

This doesn’t actually answer what it does at all. What happens when I turn it on? It’s off in my agent latest cursor. Should I expect some benefit just by enabling it? How will I know? Is my code 5% better? What is better about it?
I’m not worried about memory usage. But literally nothing says anything about what benefits I will receive by checking the box. What will be the downside of leaving it unchecked?
