Broken copy-paste from one chat to another with embedded links (e.g., URLs)

Describe the Bug

In one chat tab, there is my message with embedded links like “some message @https://example.com rest of the message…”

I try to select it with mouse, copy, and paste in another chat tab.

I couldn’t do it if there are active links in the selection. I could only do this if I select plantext-only section of the message.

Simple URL paste was fixed in some recent update, I guess. But “Past Chats” links become non-links when copy pasted from one chat window to another (Cursor: 1.7.46)
