Brown background appears on file tabs when renaming/adding files after recent update - how to disable?

After the most recent update, I’ve noticed that when I rename or add a new file in Cursor, the background of the file tab turns brown.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new file or rename an existing file in the explorer
  2. Notice the tab background changes to brown

Expected behavior: File tabs should not have a brown background, or there should be an option to disable this highlighting.

Actual behavior: Brown background appears and stays on renamed/new files.

Is this a new feature? If so, how can I disable it? I’ve checked the settings but couldn’t find a relevant option.
