I don’t understand why every time claude 4 sonnet thinking shows a thinking block at the end of the response like this, it will always have an error like this when I activate the mcp tool to continue the task. I have tested this case many times and always have this error. @danperks please help me.
This suggests the MCP tool is causing some issues here; does this happen if you have the MCP server disabled?

No. This doesn’t happen if I disable MCP Server. But why does it happen with AI-interaction?
This only happens with my MCP Server AI-interaction, please see this post of mine, I have discussed with @T1000 about this bug, I think you should also see Rule_for_AI in MCP Server AI-interaction because only when I apply this rule does this error occur. MCP tools will timeout after a certain time, and may also have limits for how long their input / output can be. I unfortunately don’t know enough of the details here, but your MCP server will likely see continued issues due to the unconventional use case.
I’ve logged this internally, but not seen a lot of reports about this yet!
