From my end both SSE and Stdio work, however it seems to have some caching problem and there’s no easy way to completely wipe out the cache. If it shows error such as “Failed to find tool ■■■ from server ■■■”, try renaming your tool or MCP server name, or even the file name if it’s stdio. In my case after renaming it worked.
Looks like it was resolved in 0.45.10

I still can’t get an MCP servers to work with npx on Windows with the latetest version of Cursor. So, I would say this is not resolved in 0.45.10.
