plan 模式下中断输出，自动删除了上一次输出的代码，如下图所示，我没有手动删除以下内容，但是中断 Agent 的输出后，这些内容都被删除了
Steps to Reproduce
- 在 plan 模式下工作
- 已经完成了第一轮代码的输出
- 在这个基础上，继续开启下一轮对话
- 中断新一轮的对话
- 上一轮的输出结果丢失了
