Ask mode selects the gpt5 model to ask questions, and the output is looped end…

  1. Could you post a Request ID with privacy disabled so we can look into the details? Cursor – Getting a Request ID

  2. Are you using any MCP or custom API key?

  3. Was the agent trying to modify a file when the issue occurred?

  4. If you update to 1.4.3 or latest version, does this issue still occur?
