I connected my github account with cursor account and my cursor account is pro, however when I comment on PR cursor review, it just response “Bugbot request id: serverGenReqId_b0883b71-542f-4de1-a2da-60286ece24a1” and no other responses.
hey @Norman_Zuo, sorry this happened to you, have you taken the time to check this page ? You might have to configure it a bit first! if this doesn’t fix your issue, we can go over it more!

I didn’t use cursor recent days. And no bugbot lines until today. And I reinstalled the Github connection just now, still not working.
understandable, next thing would be to check your Cursor ↔ GitHub connection, or even remove and grant new access to Cursor via Sign in to GitHub · GitHub !

also quick check, is the account that launch the review with the same email as the one linked with your cursor account?
noted, email isn’t an issue, tho the accout linked in here have to be the same as the one shown in the screenshots :

Hey, I figured out what’s going on. It’s not the GitHub connection, you’ve set that up correctly.
The key point is that Bugbot is a separate product, it’s not included in Cursor Pro. You’ve used up your free Bugbot reviews, so any further cursor review runs get blocked. Unfortunately, the PR doesn’t get a clear message when this happens, so you only see Bugbot request id: … and then nothing. This is a known issue on our side, and I can’t share an ETA for a fix yet.
To use Bugbot again:
- Open https://cursor.com/dashboard/bugbot and enable Bugbot start trial / subscription.
- Make sure the repo you need is added under Bugbot > Repositories.
Once it’s active, cursor review should start returning reviews again. More details on Bugbot billing: Bugbot usage-based billing | Cursor Docs

is it support bitbucket now ? becuase i don’t see option under bugbot
@gourav.bhalla yep, Bugbot works with Bitbucket Cloud.
If you don’t see the option under Bugbot, the provider is probably not connected yet. Here’s the flow:
- Open https://cursor.com/dashboard/integrations, go to the Integrations tab, and connect Bitbucket.
- Complete the provider setup flow.
- Go back to https://cursor.com/dashboard/bugbot. Your repos should show up under Repositories, and you can enable them there.
One note: if you try to enable a single repo with the toggle and hit an error about the repository:admin scope, that’s a known bug on our side, not a Bitbucket permission issue. As a workaround, use Enable All, it goes through a different path and works correctly. No ETA for a fix yet.
If the option still doesn’t show up after connecting Bitbucket, please start a new thread with a screenshot of your dashboard and the step where you’re getting stuck, so we don’t mix it with the original request.
