BugBot not reviewing one team member's PRs

Following my previous post regarding some confusion over BugBot config and also a bug where my team couldn’t see anything on their BugBot settings pages - everything seemed to be working OK after the bug fix was deployed.

All my team members have set BugBot to Only Run Once and that is working for everyone except one team member who now gets no reviews at all, even if he comments “bugbot run” to request one.

He tried requesting a verbose run just now which did return a review from id serverGenReqId_9c69c689-6fd4-4939-a3ff-12e4a40862de so I’m not sure why the automatic one didn’t work.

Any ideas why one team member is being ghosted? :sweat_smile:

I had to reconnect our GH connection today as it seemed to have stopped reviewing for anyone - now the team member who was being ghosted before is getting reviews as expected :woman_shrugging: I’ll post back if it recurs.
